Matt Switzer, is currently VP Corporate Development & Labs at Hootsuite, where he leads Product Innovation, M&A, Strategic Alliances & Financings. In the last 4 years he has built and launched 4 new products, acquired 8 companies and raised over $200M.
Previously, Matt worked in Venture Capital, advising & investing in early stage startups, and Investment Banking where he advised on +$5Bn of M&A. Matt got his start building products at Workbrain, an enterprise software startup, which grew to 700 employees and went public in 2003. Matt has a BSc in Computer Science and an MBA.
