Georgie Drury

Georgie Drury is a self-confessed tech geek in trainers. Her two great passions are technology and holistic health and she combined them to create Springday, a company at the cutting edge of technology and wellbeing.

Springday offers a super, easily accessible, cloud-based platform filled with sourced or in-house wellbeing programs, activities, tests and advice.

The platform works like an app store. You can access it from any device, and it’s linked to an increasing number of wearable technologies, like Garmin and Apple.

A great number of Springday’s features are gamified. This increases user motivation and learning, and makes them more fun.

The platform also gathers and pools data, which users and others (like managers or health professionals) can mine to monitor, analyse and improve behaviour.

Springday’s platform is infinitely flexible. For example, it’s being used by
– Companies, to offer branded wellbeing options aimed at improving employee health, engagement and productivity
– The fitness industry, to offer clients and members a suite of online revenue-generating courses
– Patient recovery, where doctors, in real time, can monitor patient progress through their exercise, sleep and mood.
