Online Event View mapCUPA-HR’s CHRO Summit offers an unparalleled opportunity for chief HR officers from institutions across the country to meet, hear from thought leaders, and discuss the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead for higher ed HR. Summit sessions will focus on the future of work in higher ed, recruitment and retention challenges and opportunities, insights into the legislative and regulatory landscape, mental health and wellness, and more.
The CHRO Summit will have a limited number of seats in order to facilitate discussion. Please note: This event is open to higher ed CHROs only.
Susan Norton, senior associate vice president and chief HR officer at University of Alabama and past chair of CUPA-HR, will facilitate the CHRO Summit, leading the Tuesday discussion on current priorities and future challenges for our campuses and our HR teams and facilitating the Wednesday small group discussions. Andy Brantley, CUPA-HR president and CEO, will lead a session on the future of work in higher ed. Josh Ulman, CUPA-HR’s chief government relations officer, will provide insight into the legislative and regulatory landscape and the potential impacts on higher ed and the higher ed workforce. Closing out the Summit, Jennifer Moss, journalist, author and workplace culture strategist, will highlight tangible solutions to preventing burnout at work.
