Hydrogen sulfide is a common hazard in the oil & gas industry in just about every play in some fashion or another regardless of the segment of the industry – upstream, midstream, and downstream. There are methods and equipment available to make the environment less hazardous and reduce the risks associated with hydrogen sulfide. Specific work practices can be instituted, as well, to reduce the risks.

The webinar will review the common methods, equipment, and safe work practices that will assist, if instituted, in decreasing the hazards associated with hydrogen sulfide. It will address updated voluntary training standards for workers working in environments with hydrogen sulfide present or potentially present.
