∙ As the CMO at Alfresco, I transitioned the company from an open-source technology for developers to a modern platform for CIOs to manage content within AWS. This resulted in increasing the average deal size by 300% and acquisition by Thomas H. Lee partners.
∙ I influenced and integrated >10 M&A transactions at Adobe, Jive and SalesLoft. I helped SalesLoft grow from $16M to >$100M in 3 years through M&A strategy. I led product marketing that integrated acquisitions for Adobe’s first enterprise offering which is now Adobe Document Cloud, then integrated Adobe Experience Manager into Adobe Marketing Cloud, and launched Flex / Flash Builder as the first new product following the Macromedia acquisition.
∙ I participated on the Executive Advisory Board for Marketo, as a Folloze Software Advisor, on the DemandBase CMO Council and Mayfield Partners CMO Advisory. I advise start-ups as an LP in Stage 2 capital on GTM strategy, brand positioning, pricing and packaging strategies, and partnerships.
∙ I bring significant thought leadership in the high-tech space as a frequent contributor on GTM, growth strategies, the role of CMO, and account-based strategies for outlets including Forbes, Gartner, MarTech Advisor, and Sirius Decisions. I’ve delivered keynotes including Dreamforce, TOPO Summit, and G2 Reach, and enjoy being on industry podcasts as a guest. One day I aspire to be on Brene Brown’s podcast!
