Results driven change agent & dynamic business leader, Phil currently leads an organization responsible for end-to-end Digital growth, strategy & operations across the consumer lifecycle for Verizon’s 5G product & service offerings. In this capacity, he is laser focused delivery of superior digital customer experiences & new revenue growth for the firm.
Prior to his current role, he lead Digital & omni-channel sales strategy for the Verizon Consumer Markets organization, focused on driving top line revenue growth & operational/cost efficiencies across channels for the Fios broadband product line. During his time in the role, his program drove over $295M+ in revenue growth as well as $25M in cost savings through delivery of new digital solutions, experiences, product development & process improvements.
During his time with the company, Phil has held a diverse set of roles with increasing responsibility across Verizon’s consumer Fios broadband and consumer wireless organizations across sales & business operations, product development, distribution strategy, consumer marketing & integrated communications.
Phil holds a Master’s in Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management from Centenary University and received his certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University in 2016. He is a graduate of Seton Hall University Class of 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in communications- public relations & psychology.
