She has over 18 years of working experience in multiple industries across telco, airline, e-commerce and payTV, spanning across technical, business development, debt collection, analytics and digital marketing domain. Her area of emphasis includes agent enablement, process re-engineering and operation efficiency. As a seasoned product manager, she embeds agility and customer-centricity in business process & operation improvement, leveraging on the best practice from both agile and waterfall principals.
